Upon arriving at Casa Galvez, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room. The separate seating area and small dining table added a touch of luxury to my stay. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly and despite my limited Spanish, they went out of their way to assist me. The convenient location of the hotel, just a block from Avenida Santander, made it easy to catch a bus to explore the city. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the abundance of natural light that streamed in through the large window. The free Wi-Fi and fridge in the room were also great conveniences. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Galvez and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, despite being away from the plaza. Although it was on a busy street, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with soft towels and a diverse, abundant breakfast. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to iron my shirt for me. With fast Wi-Fi and ample space, the hotel was an excellent choice.

Sadly, the traffic noise from the busy street was rather loud, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. the hotel had installed double glazing windows, which helped to minimize the noise.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the amazing breakfast and the attentive staff who always went above and beyond. the location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore both the beautiful city center and the lively outskirts. , the comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made us feel at home.

As much as we enjoyed our stay, the room temperature was a bit chilly for our liking. There was also a slight issue with the Wi-Fi in our room, but the staff was quick to assist us.
